Sahaja Yoga meditation is a simple and spontaneous method of finding inner silence and balance.

The classes are conducted in a relaxed and friendly setting. Each class shall include a brief presentation and a guided meditation. This will allow you to experience meditation and soon be able to start practicing at home. Dedicating even a small amount of time to daily meditation reduces stress and fatigue, restores emotional balance, and gives one a sense of peace and satisfaction.

This course is open to anyone interested in meditation and requires no prior knowledge or experience. Please register for the course by completing the form in the link below: With Sahaja Yoga Meditation we generally sit on chairs to achieve Yoga, effortlessly & spontaneously. As such no Asanas (exercises) are required, no mat or special clothing.

Please note: registration is not mandatory but will help us prepare the course. Your email will only be used to communicate relevant follow-up material after every class and will not be shared with any third parties. If you are unable to attend every class, you are welcome to drop in when you can. And bring your friends along!

We recommend completing the full course. If you are not able to attend every class, you are quite welcome to attend those you can.

Each week will include various presentations, and hands-on demonstrations. You will have the opportunity to find out more in the question and answer sessions, or by speaking personally to one of the instructors.

At the meeting, there will be no bending and stretching type physical exercises – participants will be seated comfortably throughout (as such, a yoga mat or any other type of equipment is not required). The classes are conducted in a relaxed setting, and have a friendly atmosphere.

Sahaja Yoga meditation is natural and easy. Each day of the course shall include a structured guided meditation. In this way, you will both experience meditation, and be able to start meditating at home from the first day you start.

Registration is an advantage, but not compulsory – please feel free to simply turn up on the day. You are welcome to bring others along!
