Sahaja Yoga Meditation is natural, easy, and powerful
Plus, our public programmes around the world are always free.
Quickly learn how to connect with the source of wellness that lies deep within. Sahaja Yoga is based on ancient knowledge, and has been adapted to modern lifestyles. You can now experience the bliss of a monk meditating in the Himalayas – even in the midst of your busy daily routine. Regular practice of just 10 – 15 minutes per day can lead to improved mental, emotional and physical health, and profound states of inner peace and silence. Gain the power to achieve and maintain inner balance!
Meditation is for Everyone
Never tried meditation before? With Sahaja Yoga, it’s easy and natural. There are no bending and stretching type physical exercises to learn – at the meetings, participants are seated comfortably throughout. The classes are conducted in a relaxed setting, and have a friendly atmosphere. Each meeting covers the basics and includes a guided meditation session, so that you can start meditating at home straight away.
Make a special start to the New Year with our BRAND-NEW FOUR WEEK COURSE, beneficial & revitalising for beginners & regulars alike.
Join as a complete beginner! Topics to be covered in this intensive course include:
– How to meditate, and balance your inner being
– About chakras, and simple techniques to cleanse them
– How to feel, and decode the condition of your energy centres
– How to give the experience of meditation and yoga (‘self-realisation’) to others
For a comprehensive grounding in the basics, we recommend completing the full course. At the same time, each class can be taken as an independent module, and will include an introduction for beginners, and a guided meditation. So, if you are not able to attend every class, you are quite welcome to attend those that you can. You won’t have to ‘catch up’. You will be able to meditate at home from your first meeting onwards. You can then continue whenever convenient to meditate as part of a group, which is a powerful experience.
