New Years Resolutions – 2015

New Years Resolutions - 2015

Shri Mataji – free classes – achieve Yoga & learn to meditate

Remember those New Year Resolutions you made a list of ….. last December…maybe….or perhaps just after Hogmanay?

Learn to meditate?

Set aside some daily quite time to take stock of everything?

Achieve Yoga!

Get into balance?

Be more!

Contemplate the universe….?

Well it’s never too soon – to get a jump start on next years – new year resolutions early!

You can get involved with some first-footing towards a FREE Yoga and Meditation event and cross the threshold!

Why not come and join us at one of the many FREE WEEKLY MEETINGS and dip your toe in the water, learn to meditate, experience thoughtless awareness & achieve your Self Realisation.

Big words maybe …but it couldn’t be easier…..just come along and try it out. Each month dozens- occasionally hundreds of Scots take the opportunity to tune in, tune up and get connected to the source that created them….

But…strange as it seems, that connection, that source, is to something deep within us…the Self….rather then something somewhere else….that connection or union is called Yoga…and when it happens spontaneously, it is called Sahaja – Hence Sahaja Yoga Meditation….and as it is everyone’s birthright – it is free – as it cannot be paid for!

So come along, 2013 awaits!

Attend a Free weekly Meeting and receive your Self Realisation

Experience your Self-Realisation online now – what to do?

Sit upright and relaxed, cross-legged, on the floor or if you choose, sit on a chair, place your feet a little apart from each other, without shoes: you need to be comfortable so that your attention can be free to follow the exercise.
Rest your hands on your lap,  palms open and upward; the left hand will remain still, while the right hand will move. You can now follow the exercise showed in the video by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the founder of Sahaja Yoga. Guided Self Realisation Exercise – online
