You will receive a warm East End welcome when you come to our Sahaja Yoga meditation meeting in  Leytonstone Library, Church Lane, Leytonstone, London E11 1HG.

We meet every Thursday at 7.30pm until around 9.00pm.

We are usually have 10 or more people at each meeting and every week we welcome newcomers.   We are a multicultural group and seekers from all over East London come to our meeting.  In fact we have native speakers of several languages including Bulgarian, French, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Romanian and Russian.

Our other East London meeting is held every Tuesday at 7.30pm at Quaker Meeting House, 1a Jewel Road (off Hoe Street), Walthamstow, London E17 4QU.  The nearest tube is Walthamstow Central, and it is a 10 minute walk from there.
