Fancy a trip out of London…to meditate?
On Sunday September 29th London volunteer Yogis will be in Chelmsford at the High Chelmer Shopping Centre giving shoppers a chance to relieve some of that built-up, shopping related stress and put some peace and calm into proceedings. It’s all free (as always), so why not do something different and join the exhilaration of sitting down and entering into a moment of ‘mental silence’. All ages welcome. Regular FREE weekly meetings continue across North London, South London, East London & West London. Pick up a leaflet to find out more. Enjoy!
High Chelmer Shopping Centre, Central Square, Chelmsford, CM2 ODG on
