Be, Be, Be – but not a busy BEE!
So many are busy trying to achieve something – and then what, we move to the next thing to be achieved – and so on – days, weeks, months and years zip-by and still so few make the time to just simply “be”. Wisdom says – “Be Still and know that I am God” as the old adage goes. Be Silent, Be Still, Be in balance, Achieve Yoga – daily.
Experience, Experience, Experience….
Big words maybe …but it couldn’t be easier.….just come along and try it out. Each month hundreds – occasionally thousands of Londoner’s take the opportunity to tune in, tune up and get connected to the source that created them….
But…strange as it seems, that connection, that source, is to something deep within us...the Self….rather then something somewhere else….that connection or union is called Yoga…and when it happens spontaneously, it is called Sahaja – Hence Sahaja Yoga Meditation….and as it is everyone’s birthright – it is free – as it cannot be paid for!
Attend a Free weekly Meeting

Experience your Self-Realisation online now – what to do?
Sit upright and relaxed, cross-legged, on the floor or if you choose, sit on a chair, place your feet a little apart from each other, without shoes: you need to be comfortable so that your attention can be free to follow the exercise.
Rest your hands on your lap, palms open and upward; the left hand will remain still, while the right hand will move. You can now follow the exercise showed in the video by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the founder of Sahaja Yoga. Guided Self Realisation Exercise – online
