Discover how music can neutralise the stress and strains of modern life during an interactive vocal workshop. Learn how the notes and ragas of North Indian Classical music can be used to give balance and harmony in everyday life, giving us a feeling of peace and tranquility.

For those who have been thinking about registering to come to the popular One Day Sahaja Yoga Meditation Retreats, we offer two Retreats yearly in early summer & late summer.

For those of you who may have missed these events in the past, the retreat offers a relaxed rural environment in which to explore different aspects of meditation, as well as learn techniques which can help newcomers (and those who may have been practicing for a while!) experience more in their daily meditation at home.

Who should attend:  Ideally for those who have already received their Self Realisation at a regular weekly meeting, the programme covers a full day, and includes sessions on music & meditation, cleansing the chakras, how to decode your subtle system and much more.

Lunch and copious refreshments are provided throughout the day, and there is also the opportunity to partake of a delicious home cooked evening meal for those who wish, all included in the suggested donation of just £15 for the day.
