Sahaja Yoga meditation is a simple and spontaneous method of finding inner silence and balance. The classes are conducted in a relaxed and friendly setting. Each class shall include a brief presentation and a guided meditation. This will allow you to experience meditation and soon be able to start practising at home. Dedicating even a small amount of time to daily meditation reduces stress and fatigue, restores emotional balance, and gives one a sense of peace and satisfaction.
This course is open to anyone interested in meditation and requires no prior knowledge or experience. Please register for the course by completing the form in the link below:
