Each planet in our solar system makes a specific sound, and each of our energy centres (chakras) also respond directly to sound.

Come and join us this Thursday at Anerley Town Hall and experience the positive effect of music on your subtle system.

We will learn basic mantras (sounds), and explore their effect on our meditation.
