Flush the fatigue away with a foot-soak

Last Thursday (November-8) was the first time we had an experience of collective footsoaking at the Ealing Town Hall. When we asked, “Who would like to have a go?” there was a lot of interest, and all of the twenty footsoak bowls were quickly taken. With our feet immersed ankle-deep in the lukewarm, salty water, we meditated for about ten minutes.

“I’d had a pretty intense day,” said one participant afterwards, “and that technique really helped me relax a lot.”

Feedback was good throughout – so we are going to do it again coming Thursday, November-15!
