Everyone seems to want everything to be expressed and delivered quickly, in a clever sentence, a snappy vox pop video or preferably on tic tock…..yet the reality is we may all have 3 score years and ten to live – so why not decide to take a few moments and make an appointment with yourself and spend some quality time exploring, once and for all, what is yoga, is yoga relevant, what’s it all about, is it achievable – after all, as a thing, yoga has been around a jolly long time, accompanying the passage of human history, if but only apparently from the side lines.

Here we offer you an opportunity to join a 21 Day online programme to help those who wish – to Establish their Self Realisation, Achieve Yoga & enjoy the experience and benefits of thereby being in Meditation. In so doing to possibly form a new habit!

Sahaja Yoga is characterised by the experience of the state known as ‘Thoughtless Awareness’ named in Sanskrit as ‘Nirvikalpa Samadhi’ which perhaps can be likened to the state referred to in the medieval Christian text ‘The Cloud of Unknowing’ as beyond thought and mind. Akin to the Satori of Zen, thoughtless awareness manifests spontaneously when the indwelling feminine energy or Mother Kundalini ascends to dissolve the pressuring ‘ego and conditioning’ that so dominate and engulf the 21st century mind – lifting the conscious attention beyond the ‘realm of thought’ to dwell in a state of ‘thoughtless awareness’. Here the mental engine is effectively silenced and direct connection (yoga) is experienced.

It is a Sahaj – ‘Spontaneous’ happening, brought about by ones sincere desire to achieve it.  It’s potential is inborn, existing within all. Hence it’s naming as Sahaja Yoga – Spontaneous, in born Yoga.

These 21 Day online courses have been running over the last few years, somewhat born out of the enforced move to online platforms during the lockdowns – whereas we would normally say the best thing is to attend a class in person  – these online courses provide an option for you to ‘dip your toe in the water’ from the comfort of your own home.

About the Course

Newcomers and regulars will learn how to meditate and experience true meditation. Over the 3 weeks, you’ll be guided daily by our online team through the three levels of knowledge and meditation experiences from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced. One on one help and workshops with group practice will be available. Join in at anytime, even if you miss some sessions.

Join with Zoom for interactive sessions or watch on YouTube. All sessions will be recorded so you can also watch sessions to suit your time zone or schedule..
